NHS Scotland’s national Centre for Sustainable Delivery is developing national pathways for Severe Asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).

We are holding separate online patient and public workshops for each pathway.

These workshops are a unique opportunity for patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to come together, share experiences, and collaborate on improving pathways for people living with Severe Asthma.

When are the workshops?

The COPD workshop takes place on Tuesday 22 October from 12.30pm to 2.30pm.

The Severe Asthma workshop takes place on Monday 28 October from 2.30pm to 4.30pm.

What to expect

The workshop will take place on Microsoft Teams.

There will be a mix of open discussions with other patients, caregivers, and professionals.

As well as discussions with the full group, there will be comfort breaks and small group discussions to help us understand more about specific topics.
