- CfSD will work in close partnership with ANIA Delivery Partners to deliver the transformational change required. Each ANIA Delivery Partner will have a clear role and function.
- All ANIA Delivery Partners will include ANIA as a key corporate priority.
- ANIA Delivery Partners will receive recurring funding via CfSD to enable them to recruit dedicated ANIA operational posts to support the delivery of their respective functions.
Objectives
The ANIA Pathway seeks to achieve the following objectives:
- Harness technological innovation in the transformation of care through improving patient outcomes and productivity on a Once for Scotland basis.
- Leverage the range of skills available across NHS Scotland National Boards to create optimum conditions for successful accelerated adoption of proven innovations.
- Ensure evidence is used throughout the process to ensure that the focus is on high impact innovations that will deliver significant benefits to patients and / or deliver productivity improvements.
- Development of compelling value cases aligned with the CfSD Value Domains to make the case for funding to enable accelerated national scaling and adoption of ANIA innovations.
- National implementation at pace of technologies that have been approved by the Innovation Design Authority
